TVData.tv is excited to announce an opening for a WordPress Developer with OpenAI API integration expertise. Our mission is to bridge the gap between English and Russian speaking worlds through our digital media platform. We’re launching a project involving artificial intelligence to offer services such as text-to-speech, translation from Russian to English, and transcription.
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically integrating various OpenAI APIs within our WordPress platform, ensuring they function seamlessly to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and develop strategies for API integrations within WordPress.
- Seamlessly integrate OpenAI APIs into our WordPress site to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference and troubleshooting.
- Test the integrated APIs for functionality within the WordPress framework.
- Collaborate with project teams for successful implementation and deployment.
- Monitor API performance continuously and implement necessary updates and improvements.
- Enhance the overall performance and usability of the website within the WordPress environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in WordPress development and API integrations, with a preference for OpenAI APIs.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL for WordPress development and API integration.
- Experience with translation services and text-to-speech technologies.
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
